Following conditions apply to all purchases made between Editions Enoch & Cie and its customers whether they are achieved in our shop or through the internet site www.editions-enoch.com

Article 1
Field of application

Present conditions aim to define the modalities of sale between Editions Enoch & Cie and any physical or moral person, hereunder named “the customer”, willing to buy a product from Editions Enoch & Cie.
The customer acknowledges being fully informed about the terms and conditions that are presented on the website of Editions Enoch & Cie while ordering.
These conditions prevail on all other conditions existing on other documents, except special derogation duely written.
Present terms and conditions can be amended at any time by Editions Enoch & Cie.
The ordering from the customer implies the full acceptance of the present sales terms and conditions.

As indicated in the field of application, the validation of any order, by mail, fax or internet, implies the full acceptance, without any reserve, by the customer of the general terms of trade.

The data recorded by Editions Enoch & Cie is proof of the global transactions made between Editions Enoch & Cie and its customer.

Information provided by the customer during the ordering process, is accountable to the customer.
In case of error in the shipping address indicated by the customer, Editions Enoch & Cie cannot be held responsible for not being able to deliver the goods.

Article 3
Prices

All prices are given in Euros exclusive of taxes, as well as shipping and handling charges (see shipping costs). Prices can be changed at any time without warning. They are due in their totality in a single payment when an order is placed. The products remain property of Editions Enoch & Cie until they have been completely paid for. The invoices are issued in Euros.

For each order an invoice is included with the delivery. This invoice shows the detail of the items, and quotes the shipping and handling costs.

Article 4
Shipping costs

Orders made entail shipping charges. Shipping costs include handling, packaging and shipping costs and are calculated according to product weight, country of destination, and the rate chosen from the following chart.

Duties or other local taxes, import fees, or state taxes may be payable depending on the geographic zone that you have chosen. These charges and fees are not the responsibility of Editions Enoch & Cie. All declarations and payments to the corresponding authorities and organisations are the customer's full responsibility. Editions Enoch & Cie advise their customers to ask for information about these issues from their local authorities.

Article 5
Paiement

Orders made entail shipping charges. Shipping costs include handling, packaging and shipping costs and are calculated according to product weight, country of destination, and the rate chosen from the following chart.

Editions Enoch & Cie reserves the right to block the processing of ordering and all deliveries in the case of non-payment.
The price is immediately due for payment on the order date. Purchases can be paid for in the following ways :

- by cheque made out in Euros, acceptable by a French bank. The cheque must be made out to Editions Enoch & Cie. The cheque will be deposited when the order is filled. The cheque must be sent to the following address :

Article 6
Availability

Products are subject to stock availability. If all or part of an order is unavailable, Editions Enoch & Cie will provide a refund by cheque.

Article 7
Delivery

The products will be sent to the delivery address that the customer provided when ordering. The delivery address determines the delivery costs.For France, the average delay is 5 days, but this is not a strict time limit and Editions Enoch & Cie cannot be held responsible for late delivery. This delivery time includes the time required to prepare and transport the package. In case of late delivery, the buyer does not have the right to cancel the sale, to refuse the merchandise, or to claim damages.

The information provided by the customer, when ordering, is binding. In the case of an error when transmitting a receiving address, Editions Enoch & Cie will not be held liable if they are unable to deliver the articles.

Article 8
Satisfied or reimbursed

The customer has a return right of 10 days after the reception date of the delivery by Editions Enoch & Cie (the stamp of the post showing evidence). No COD shipments will be accepted, regardless of the reason. If an item must be returned as a result of an error on the part of Editions Enoch & Cie, the delivery charges will be reimbursed in their entirety.
If an article must be returned to Editions Enoch & Cie as a result of an error or a non satisfaction on the part of the customer, the items will be refunded but the customer will be charged the re-shipping costs.

In order for Editions Enoch & Cie to treat a customer’s return, the following data must be indicated : name, surname, address, date and order number.

A refund cheque will be sent within 30 days of receipt of the returned package. Items returned dirtied, incomplete or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Article 9
Liability

The proposed products meet the requirements of currently applicable French law. Editions Enoch & Cie declines all liability if an article that has been delivered does not respect the laws of the country to which it has been delivered (censure, prohibited authors or titles…). It is the responsibility of the customer to check what can be imported with the local authorities, as well as how the products or services that the customer is considering ordering can be used.

Information about prices and products availability, as well as illustrations by images can be modifed at any time. Such information is displayed as an indication. The photographs and texts that are reproduced to illustrate the proposed products are not binding. As a result, Editions Enoch & Cie cannot be held liable in the case of an error in one of these texts or photographs.

Editions Enoch & Cie will not be held responsible for not honouring the agreed-upon contract in the case of absolute necessity (force majeur), of disruption due to a partial or total strike in particular of the postal services and other transportation and/or communication systems, of flooding, or fire.

Editions Enoch & Cie declines all responsibility with regards to the content of sites reached by hypertext links from its own site.

Article 10
Disputes

French law applies to all of the clauses included in this general sales agreement, as well as to all purchasing operations, the corresponding courts will be those of Paris, that of the registered office of Editions Enoch & Cie
This regarding the country of the residence of the customer, the French Law is the only one applicable.For customers residing out of France, present conditions do not go against their rights in the International conventions.
